01 Introduction

Welcome to 786ok. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 786ok ("786ok", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 786ok website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and promotional activities.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 786ok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. 786ok is strictly an adults-only platform — no exceptions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 786ok or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be under self-exclusion with 786ok or any other gambling platform where such self-exclusion expressly extends to 786ok.
• You must not be a registered problem gambler or otherwise subject to a court or regulatory order restricting your ability to gamble.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 786ok. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. 786ok reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 786ok immediately via the contact details listed in Section 15.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.
• 786ok may impose verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Accounts found to be registered with false information may be suspended or closed without notice, with balances subject to review.

05 Terms of Use

By using the 786ok platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without express written permission from 786ok.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Laundering money, financing terrorism, or using the platform for any other criminal financial activity.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by 786ok.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards 786ok staff or other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of 786ok's systems or infrastructure.

786ok reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation, we may suspend your account pending investigation, refuse to process withdrawals, and where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

786ok accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and other currencies as specified on the platform. Payment methods may include references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. Payment method availability is subject to operator terms and third-party provider agreements.

• Sports Betting: Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport. 786ok reserves the right to void bets where the outcome is affected by obvious errors, technical malfunctions, or where the event is abandoned or postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds and markets are updated in real-time during live events. 786ok makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but accepts no liability for delays in odds updates or errors caused by third-party data providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• 786ok does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is adequately protected.
• 786ok is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

786ok reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false or misleading information.
• Creation of duplicate accounts or use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with responsible gambling principles.
• Request for self-exclusion or cooling-off period initiated by you.

Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from breaches of these Terms) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations and verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be paid out to you after deduction of any applicable fees or unresolved disputes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 786ok customer support for resolution.
