Frequently Asked Questions

Creating a 786ok account takes under two minutes. Click the registration button on the homepage and fill in your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and a secure password. Select PKR as your preferred currency, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and confirm your email to activate your account. You can access 786ok from any city in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, or Faisalabad — on any mobile or desktop device.

786ok is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register and play. Age verification is part of the KYC process and is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. If we determine that a minor has registered an account, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds returned. Do not attempt to register if you are under the required age.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or a different name — is a violation of the 786ok Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact our support team at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.

To complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you will typically need to provide a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport for identity and age verification, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. For large transactions, we may also request source-of-funds documentation. All KYC documents are handled securely by authorised compliance staff in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. Enter the email address registered to your account and we will send you a secure password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. For persistent access issues, contact support at [email protected] with your registered email address and we will assist you.

786ok references familiar local payment methods as a convenience guide for Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. Please note that these names are referenced as familiar local payment contexts only — they do not imply that any of these institutions or services endorse, support, or are affiliated with 786ok or gambling services. Check the platform for the current list of supported deposit methods.

Most deposits are credited to your 786ok account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification steps required. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes and the payment was deducted from your account, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate and resolve the issue without delay.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. As a general reference, minimum deposits typically start from PKR 500–1,000 depending on the method selected. Maximum limits may apply per transaction and per day. For the most current and accurate deposit limits for your chosen payment method, please refer to the cashier section of your 786ok account or contact our support team.

To request a withdrawal, log in to your account, navigate to the cashier section, select "Withdraw", and enter the amount in PKR. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Processing times typically range from a few hours to 3 business days depending on the method and whether KYC verification has been completed. Completing KYC in advance significantly speeds up withdrawal processing. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.

Withdrawals may be delayed if your KYC verification is incomplete, if the transaction triggers an AML (anti-money laundering) review, if bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met, or if there is a discrepancy between your registration details and your payment method. Our compliance team will contact you if additional documentation is required. For any withdrawal on hold for more than 3 business days without communication from us, please reach out to [email protected].

Yes. 786ok covers a broad range of cricket markets including Pakistan national team matches, the Pakistan Super League (PSL T20), ICC tournaments, bilateral series, and international Test cricket. You can bet pre-match or live in-play as the action unfolds. Markets typically include match winner, top batsman, total runs, player performance specials, and more. Other popular sports available include football, UFC and combat sports, basketball, and tennis.

786ok offers a wide selection of casino games including video slots, classic slots, live dealer tables (live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, live game shows), video poker, and table games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios, giving you the feel of a genuine casino experience from anywhere in Pakistan. New games are added regularly, so the lobby is always fresh.

Live in-play betting allows you to place bets on sporting events after they have already started. Odds update in real time as the match progresses — reflecting the current score, time remaining, and game momentum. For example, during a PSL T20 match or an ICC tournament game, you can bet on the next wicket, the next over's run total, or the outright match winner as the situation develops. Stable mobile internet is recommended for the best live betting experience.

Yes. All slot games and casino titles on 786ok use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and fair. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game providers and are accessible within the game information section. Live casino games use physical dealing and spinning, streamed in real time under controlled studio conditions.

Absolutely. 786ok is built mobile-first. The platform is fully optimised for smartphones and tablets running Android and iOS, without requiring any app download — just open the 786ok website in your mobile browser and you have access to the full product: sports betting, live casino, slots, account management, deposits, and withdrawals. The interface is clean, fast, and designed to perform well even on standard 4G connections across Pakistan.

786ok offers a welcome bonus for new players upon their first deposit. Bonus details — including the percentage match, maximum bonus amount in PKR, and eligible games — are published on the promotions page of the platform and are subject to change. Always read the full bonus terms before claiming, paying particular attention to the wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports), eligible games (for casino), and the bonus expiry period. Bonuses are for entertainment only; they are not guaranteed income.

A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. Different game types may contribute different percentages to meeting the requirement — slots typically contribute 100% while some table games contribute less.

Yes. In addition to the welcome offer, 786ok runs regular promotions for existing players — including reload bonuses, free spin offers, sports cashback deals, and special event promotions tied to major cricket fixtures such as PSL matches and ICC tournaments. Promotions are updated regularly and communicated via email and on-site banners. Ensure your marketing preferences are enabled in account settings to receive relevant offer notifications.

Yes. If you prefer to play without bonus funds or do not wish to receive promotional communications, you can update your marketing preferences in your account settings at any time. Some responsible gambling tools — such as cooling-off periods and self-exclusion — automatically suppress bonus communications for the duration of the restriction. If you have any difficulty updating your preferences, contact [email protected] and our team will action your request immediately.

786ok uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Sensitive data including KYC documents and financial records are stored encrypted at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff on a strict need-to-know basis. We also offer multi-factor authentication (MFA) for account logins, and our platform undergoes regular security audits and penetration testing. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

All responsible gambling tools — including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — are available directly in your account settings under the "Responsible Gambling" tab. Reductions and exclusions take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a mandatory waiting period before they become active, giving you time to reconsider. For urgent self-exclusion, contact [email protected] and we will action it without delay. Full details are on our Responsible Gambling page.
